“I didn't end up buying anything when I was in there a couple of weeks ago, but Saeed was extremely helpful and saved me $130-180. Let me explain.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S20FE that I needed to return to Telus or get charged $180 for the phone. The catch: the phone has to be in perfect condition. I thought I had cracked my screen, but Saeed looked at the phone and told me it was only the screen protector that was cracked. I doubted him. But sure enough, I later peeled off the screen protector, and the screen was in perfect condition!

Why tell you this? Initially, Saeed offered me a deal for a new screen - $130. But then he looked at the phone, and determined the glass was fine. He COULD have sold me a new screen in my ignorance. He didn't. Folks, that's character, and integrity. And yes, that story needs to be told.
