Had the pleasure of dealing with Ben, he was fast and courteous.
Went in for what I thought would be a part replacement under warranty, and he ended up just being able to clean out the port.
Which was done on the spot and free of charge.
He also took the time to show me how to do it myself, instructions were clearance easy to follow.
Certified Tech Dakota was very friendly and professional. My mobile phone's touch screen had frozen and I had tried a couple of things that were suggested online without success. Dakota resolved the issue within a couple of minutes which provided great relief to me!
I also decided to purchase a pre-owned SAMSUNG mobile phone after discussing with the certified technician which model would be my best choice. Thanks again, Dakota!
I recently went to Mobile Klinik on Wednesday night as my Pixel screen had stopped working I left my phone with them overnight. The next day the store manager was the only person working. I called earlier and asked about my phone and he was very helpful with letting me know if the screen had come in. He was able to get the screen replaced and the phone returned to me the same day. I highly recommend Mobile Klinik for repairs.
