I had an Apple ID that hadn't been used in almost a decade, and after many failed attempts to access it, I went to MacOutpost. I didn't expect much due to how long it's been, but Jack actually got into my account and restored so many things I thought I'd never see again. Despite being a seemingly small thing, I was incredibly appreciative with how helpful and determined he was. The store is also just really cute and well put together. Thank you for a great experience guys!

Update regarding my original post below: The owner was very responsive and did confirm that the passcode wasn’t necessary for the service I was requesting. The request for the passcode was either a mistake or miscommunication. They were professional and courteous in the handling of my complaint. Both the owner and the staff went out of their way to make amends, which is very much appreciated. I’ve amended my star rating accordingly.

After calling and having my call answered on the first ring by an intelligent human being I decided to pop into this immaculately clean store to have some questions answered. I was assisted by Jack who was very informative and helpful. This clearly looks like a well run business. I'll be very comfortable buying from them as well as using them for repairs going forward. Keep up the good work guys!
