I was very pleased with my flooring. As soon as I walked into the London north store, I was met by a friendly salesman named Dennis Pypstra who helped me select the perfect flooring based on the limited information I provided. Within a couple of weeks, my order was delivered and an installer was ready to start. The installer did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. Altogether, my experience with this company was exceptional.

Me and my clients have been taking cared of by Mary Donef, she is very talented and provides excellent customers service, she has the ability to organize and design entire house and make my clients feel excited and happy vs stressed. 5 star service
