This has been the worst experience immaginable. When I spoke to the representative they told me I needed to follow very specific steps such as paying for loan insurance up front. I foolishly did and then they wanted my to pay an additional deposit, which again I felt I had no choice but to pay. The loan officer said that once I paid the other part of the deposit then they would release the loan. They failed again and took money with no intention of delivering what they said they would. The loan officer continued contacting me asking me to pay another deposit which I refused. He continued harassing me trying to get me to send him more money. I tried taking a 10,000 dollar loan from them and they tried sending me money and now my bank account is frozen because of this company i applied for a 10,000 dollar loan and only got 200 from them this company is a scam

I was very disappointed when working with Fairstone Financial to feel abandoned and belittled by the local branch manager. I had never met the man, and he didnt introduce himself when he insisted on taking charge of my accounts from the Lending Specialist. I later learned this man shared confidential details without my knowledge. Information he should never have access to. I will not recommend this branch to anyone.
