We had issues with our furnace on a Saturday so I called and left a message. within minutes I got a call back. These people are absolutely great. Tyler (I hope I have his name right) was at our door first thing Monday morning, (would've been here Saturday but it wasn't an emergency due to nice weather) repaired the furnace and installed a new thermostat then spent time explaining the new thermostat to us so we could understand in "our terms" We highly recommend Hometown Heating and Cooling
