We hired Ben and his crew to finish our basement three years ago. They did wonderful work, were professional and friendly, and we were so impressed by their communication. Fast forward to this year and we had major water damage from a dishwasher that destroyed most of our finished basement and the flooring/baseboards/kitchen island of our main floor. The team once again exceeded expectations with their eyes for detail, workmanship, and reliability. I felt entirely at ease having them work in my home without me present , and did not feel that I had to micromanage anything. Each member of the team knew what needed to be done and worked well together. It is difficult to find contractors that are honest, with quality work, and good communication .
