Fresh N' Press took amazing care of it, hand-washed the dress, and called me about 24 hours earlier than previously scheduled to let me know that they had successfully removed all the stains. I am incredibly impressed with how beautifully clean and almost brand-new the dress looks, and I'm equally impressed by the careful and professional service provided by the staff.
