Ross the sales representative came to my premises and did the measurements and helped me pick out a vinyl floor to match the paint on the walls in the basement room. Ross is very friendly, helpful and takes an interest. Very personable and professional. I contacted Ross and arrived on time when he said he would. He has many products to choose from, comparable to other big names. I am vary happy with the outcome, Mike the installer knows his craft and will put in solid day of work. My wife and I very happy with the product and the service the provided.
