I had used Dowell Equipment Services in the past, I had a problem with my dryer, Jenn took the dryer apart and holy moly was there a lot of lint, (thinking fire) Jenn cleaned out the lint, gave me some tips on the hair I was getting left on clothes from the washer, Jenn was very helpful and professional. Communication prior to servicing was thorough, zero annoyance level. Beau was very pleasant and professional, explaining what the issue was with our drier. A seizing screaming drum roller.... Repairs were quick Pricing very reasonable. You will only win by using Dowell. We highly recommend them.
This is a true and honest business, they were upfront regarding cost and did not quit till they had an answer to the problem. We will be calling on their services for other issues with appliances, if and when needed.
