They went above and beyond, even staying past their closing time to resolve my phone issue. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. My heart sank when I heard my Pixel 7 phone hit the pavement...I knew instantly, by the sound, that it was going to be bad news this time. It was. The screen protector was shattered and the phone was black screened...ie, dead. After removing the shattered screen protector, the actual screen didn't have a scratch on it. After working on it for a while I was able to get the screen to turn on, but it was damaged in that it had a big white line and a large and growing purple bruise moving up the screen. Cellular Magician best place in London. My screen protector was lifting on my flip5 .would have to ship phone to Samsung to repair it. Nope phoned Cellular Magician and with in 20 minutes they repaired it. Best place in town. Thx again.
