Very friendly and responsive staff. From the first meeting to assess the damage, to picking up my car fully repaired, fully cleaned inside and out, ready when they said it would be. The Hertz staff was waiting for me when I dropped my car off and I was able to leave the rental right at CARSTAR, when I picked up my car. No hassel, stream-lined service. No one wants a body repair but, if you need excellent service and workmanship CARSTAR is the choice.Thank you for the service!

The patience and care shown by the staff here is impeccable! The staff was great from drop off to pick up! Kate especially , as she went above and beyond and stayed an extra 30 min on hold with my insurance trying to fix their mess up!
