Keir was great. My sd slot wasn't working and he fixed it in no time and didn't even charge me for it. The rest of the staff provides a no pressure shopping experience, but I also don't have to harass them just to ask questions. I payed a little more here than best buy for computer, but for these reasons I thought it was worth it.
Tried to assemble a PC and ran into some problems, took it here to get those sorted out. A fella named Keir helped me out and he was professional, friendly, and got the job done in a matter of hours. I was thoroughly impressed and the cable management was stellar! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Today I visited Canada computers to get the parts to build a computer from scratch. I had the opportunity to work with Jacob and I just want to say he knocked it out of the park. We were going up and down the line talking about motherboards and processors and RAM and storage and he could easily move up and down the price points and quality levels of the different brands of hardware.
All I appreciated how understanding he was listening to my needs, but also being able to sway me in the directions of the best value for my investment.
