I dropped off some shirts today. One of them had a tear in it. The person working at the desk discovered the tear and repaired it before sending it for cleaning. So thoughtful and considerate and thorough! If they had not done this the tear may have gotten so big the shirt would be ruined. Thank you!

Exceptional, friendly device. I brought in an alteration, requesting it to be done in two weeks. The slight alteration turned out to be a complete redo. And, I got it back the next day. Jin is friendly, helpful and a very talented tailor. Highly recommend this service.
