I am so happy we decided to go with Alexanian for our new carpet, it was a positive experience all around. From our initial visit in the store with Crystal, to our installation with Tyson, everyone was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. The communication was excellent throughout, and we actually wound up receiving it sooner than we thought, which was fantastic! We love the finished product and feel like it's great quality.
