I have had great experiences with Alexanian and would recommend them!!! Last week I had a carpet cleaned and needed an underpad and I had a situation where it needed to be delivered to Toronto. Everyone is so professional. Krystal at store even replied to my texts in off hours and Alyson at their Carpet Cleaning facility. It is one stop with everyone that works there. Thank you Thank you!!! Jorian and Mustafa did a wonderful job installing my luxury vinyl plank floor. They were quick, thorough, and very professional. My husband and I are very pleased. It was a great experience.
All I can say is "Wow!" I had used Alexanians for carpeting in my old house and went back for flooring in my new house. Krystal was fantastic and took great care of me She made me very comfortable
and helped me make final decisions on which products to choose, colour and design.
