The team at H&M Custom Renovations Inc. did a fantastic job on our unfinished basement. We had lamented doing the project for years but when we called and met Max everything was easy. Max and his team were very friendly and professional and reliable. Max had also informed me about how the market may look to see when the best time for the basement renovation would be I have to give it to his honesty, work, and over all EVERYTHING. They’re scheduling was honest and reliable and they even finished ahead of schedule. The basement was totally gutted and there was a lot of job that needed work. Wright hair co. and specifically Ashley are just absolutely amazing. She has been working with my autistic daughter to get her hair cut, and we have finally gotten to the point that she loves to go, sits in the chair and makes everyone in the salon laugh with her silly giggles. Everyone has been so kind and patient while we navigated this endeavor, and I cannot thank them enough. Not to mention, they all have incredible talent and you'll leave there feeling and looking like a bombshell.

I looooove coming here and getting my haircut by Kristina Hryclik! I have been coming here for years and I cannot recommend her enough. She always listens to what I want and knocks it out of the park every time! She takes her time, really cares and is so talented. Highly recommend. Also, her assistant Laurla is incredible and you will have the best scalp massage before your haircut. I don’t even live in London anymore and I make it a point to come back for my haircuts.

We just relocated to London and wanted to find a good reasonable priced hair salon. This salon is not good it’s great. The owner, Stephan and his team are fantastic, friendly and prices are very good. The only problem is that everyone wants them so you need to make a reservation. Trust me you will be satisfied with the service and price.

It was my first time getting a hair cut at a salon. Sabri was so patient in understanding what I wanted. I was impressed with the whole process of it. I enjoyed our conversation. Even when it was 8pm (closing time) he still wanted to style my hair which I feel is super nice of him because my hair was already given a blow out look and styling it to waves made the cut look super edgy! I love it all.

I have been going to Armand's since I was a kid and have many fond memories of my visits. I would often go with my Dad and younger brother and we would usually end up talking about the Leafs with Armand, since they were our favourite team. He also liked soccer, being Italian, and had pictures up on his walls of his favourite teams. I still remember the old radio and telephone he had for so many years and the familiar sounds of music and that old ring tone whenever someone would call the shop. He and his longtime partner, Sid, we're both friendly and classy and did their jobs well and it was always a treat to visit and talk with them while getting a haircut.
Armand then sold the place to Cosmo a few years ago and he has been a good caretaker and barber as well. Very friendly and attentive and a Leaf fan as well! Some of the old furnishings are still there, along with a few modern touches, but the place still has the same friendly, welcoming feel to it with a kind host.
I'll probably continue coming back to Armand's as long as I'm in London...it's just one of those special places... :-)
I’ve been going to top crew since I moved to London I generally get Emily to do my son’s hair. I move to the east side and tried out barber shops in my area and NONE compares to top crew!! The lightening bolt was down by Emily and the soccer ball was done by a guy (I can’t remember his name) but both are absolutely freaking AMAZING!! Definitely recommend this barber shop and the amazing workers!!!

I have been to Tannest numerous times this year and whether it’s an individual or group booking, she goes above and beyond every single time. She always greats you with a smiling face and consistently makes me feel like a million bucks! Her tans are one of a kind- she nails the perfect tone and always fades so seamlessly. The best experience I have ever had at a tanning salon. I was always a “number” and this pasty girl never knew the right way to effectively use a tanning bed. From day one Lesley has been amazing and explained the process of each type of bed, acceleration lotions etc. The entire staff is fabulous, personable and customer focused, always greeting you with a smile while keeping the clients moving, especially during busy periods. The salon itself is immaculate and spotless. Lesley is a gem, her positivity is contagious and it feels like you’re stopping in to visit a friend. 10/10
Absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Lee-anne. I needed a last minute spray tan, and she was willing to work around my crazy hours to find a time to get me in, even if that meant she had to stay late. She made me feel completely comfortable during the process, and my tan looks amazing. I would highly highly recommend this location to anyone looking. :)

I recently met Traci for 2 tanning sessions. One for a bachelorette and one for my daughter's wedding. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! First of all, Traci was INCREDIBLY accommodating, working around a very busy schedule of her own, and making every effort to work around mine. She went out of her way to get out to my house before my daughter's wedding, saving me about 2 hours drive time, and allowing me to focus on the other important things that needed to be done before the wedding. Secondly, as far as the quality of the tan - 10/10! Traci did very meticulous and careful work to ensure that the tan was even and the result was flawless. Thirdly, Traci is so great to talk to while you are getting your tan and she makes you feel incredibly comfortable during the whole process. It was like chatting with an old friend :) I highly recommend Traci for all your tanning needs. You won't be disappointed!

Such a great salon! Two weeks ago, I got bio gel extensions with nail art and chrome. The artist who did it was efficient and talented! I kept them on for 2 weeks with no sign of lifting (I added pictures of them fresh and 2 weeks old).
Today I got the extensions removed and got a shellac manicure with chrome. The removal was quick and well done, making the shellac manicure look great! I highly recommend Pedi N’ Nails for your next mani/pedi ☺️

I had an incredible experience at this salon. Tina and Ken are so friendly and welcoming which makes the atmosphere very relaxing. I got a regular polish pedicure and a full gel set which both turned out stunning. Their pricing is great for the high quality of their work. They are very gentle with your nails and skin as well. Towards the end of my appointment I let them know I had a bus to catch and they worked together to get my nails done on time, even helped me find the bus stop afterwards so I wouldn’t miss it. A bright, space with massage chairs, a cup of tea is offered and the service is tremendous. The ladies are thorough and creative. It was my first visit and I will be revisiting this place.

Decided to try out a new place because the ones I usually go to were all booked and it was the best decision ever!
I got a shellac mani and a regular pedi which both turned out amazing and exactly how I wanted.
I brought one of my own nail polishes for my toes because it’s my favourite pearly white but because of the heat and it almost being done it was a little tricky to apply. I felt super bad for inconveniencing but Lisa was really nice and made it work. She also took her time to give me a great pedicure and made sure I was comfy with the massage chair.
She was really patient with me picking my hand nail colours and also dedicated a great amount of time to cleaning them up.
Overall super accommodating, friendly, talented and reasonably priced for the great service.

i love this salon. i’ve had my nails done (acrylic) at so many different places and they always come out wonky, uneven and badly painted. Tina does a great job, greets you quickly, takes her time to make sure your nails are nicely shaped and painted perfectly. i went to a different salon once because i was out of town and was reminded of why i only go to tinas. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this salon enough!!❤️

Leah, did a fantastic job on my nails. My previous shellac experience left my nails rough & thin but Leah added a "bio gel" prior to polish. How they feel much stronger & look great! I will return as Michael, owner, said they don't use a harsh drill or acetone to remove shellac.

Very knowledgeable about their products. Very helpful and friendly too! A few months ago my puppy ran in front of me and tripped me to chase a skunk. End result I ended up with a lot of body and facial bruising from my fall. The herbal infused liniment spray was recommended and within a day or two I noticed that the bruising was fading. Within a week, it was almost gone!
I had my first visit to Ethos spas today. I was Extremely pleased. I only had a coupke of facials in the past but not for a long time so when I saw a special on I decided to book an appt. I'm so glad I did. The facial was wonderful and the girl Victoria was so nice and and very good. I received a free 1/2 infrared treatment which was extremely relaxing. From the outset, our interaction with one of your staff, Jan, was far from the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere we anticipated. (Note: we got a call from FAYEZ and they rectify this, taking corrective actions)
This is a previous review: Great relaxing spa, I went there for massage, facial, breakfast, mani and pedi. A place to pamper yourself and go with friends. Very professional staff.
This was my first time getting a lash lift a tint done and Purvi did it. She did a phenomenal job!!
Before we begun she did a little “consultation” to decide what I want. Since it was my first time, I was unsure what would look good on me and gave her free rein to do what she thinks is best. She told me what she thought would look good based on my eye shape and eyelashes, I trusted her and she did not disappoint! Every step in the process I was told what was going on and she kept asking if everything was alright along the way (was I uncomfortable was anything stinging stuff like that).
If I ever get a lash lift and tint again I will definitely be going back to her and would recommend her to anyone wanting one.

I have been seeing Lee for tattoo removal. Lee is 100% the person to see for tattoo removal. Educated and qualified in his field, absolute professional. Clean and sanitary environment. Laser removal has mixed results depending where you go. I have had excellent results at Legacy.
Morgan is an absolutely amazing artist. She is extremely personable, easy to talk to & gentle. She takes the time to ensure you're going to be happy & enjoy the piece of art she is tattooing on your body. I had 2 previous tattoos, that I passed out getting both by 2 different artists. It wasn't until Morgan that I was able to stay awake during the process of my tattoos, between her gentleness & her recommendations prior to my appointment to eat & drink properly. I had a very sentimental memorial piece for my late husband (it was space themed), tattooed by Dana but initially drawn by a different artist, It was my first tattoo ever, and I had probably no less than 1 million questions before during and after the process. Dana was patient with me and took the time to not only answer my questions, but also educate me on why the answer is the way that it is. The tattooing process itself went amazing and I am incredibly proud of the work she did on my arm. I will definitely continue to use her for future, tattoos! I highly recommend Dana!

i witnessed an employee during my appointment take a phone call for a client who was very unsure about what they wanted. instead of getting annoyed, she talked it out with them for several minutes and gave them the contact info of the artist that would best fit the style they wanted! such an informed group that is customer focused. great job!

I wanted to thank all the employees at Stacey's for the outstanding service we received. Last summer while vacationing in Newfoundland we received a urgent call from our daughter. Our sewer had backed up. I called Stacey's and they had two plumbers at our home that day. At that time John recommended additional work that needed to be done sometime in the future. I just had the work completed. They broke up the cement floor fixed the problem, restored and cleaned up the area in one day. John took the time to explain the oddities that can only be found in 70+ year old homes. The price was as quoted and the service was outstanding. I had the pleasure of having Gerald assist my household in assessing repairs to our toilet and shower. While we did not go with Mr. Rooters for repairs, Gerald was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful in helping us find a temporary fix. The only con is that the price offered for the repairs was quite steep, but other than that customer service was speedy and excellent.
Justin and the Triton team were amazing. Our little plugged kitchen sink issue turned out to be a bigger problem, but Justin powered through and got things flowing again in no time. Top notch service with a smile.

I recently used Plumbhouse on an entire gut project of our family home. Under an extreme time crunch Plumbhouse pulled through in every aspect. From adding a bathroom, moving a kitchen, rewiring and replumbing an entire home to updating the furnace and hvac system. Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Floods can be very stressful but when you're in good hands with Best Plumbing and Drainage Contractors you don't need to worry as much. We went through Hades with a shower tower kit from Bath Depot that required non-standard parts to connect to 1/2” copper. (1/2” pex would have made no difference). The folks at Household took the time to understand what we were facing and came up with both the connecting parts and liquid Teflon sealant that completely resolved our situation.
Their expertise is comprehensive and their pricing left us COMPLETELY satisfied. I cannot recommend Household Plumbing highly enough.

Michal responded within 18 hours of my reaching out. In attempting to reverse the door on our brand new LG dryer, I inadvertently stripped an over-torqued screw and couldn't get it out for love or money. Michal fixed it and reinstalled the door in record time, all for a very reasonable price. Great value and I will definitely have these guys as to "go to" appliance repair specialists.

They didn't have the type of GM style key I wanted for my truck so they called me back when they got them in. Can't recommend Provincial Locksmith highly enough. Matt assisted us with changing our locks and some mechanical problems with a deadbolt. He also gave extremely valuable advice on the keypad locks we installed and took extra time to help us set up our security safe. These guys are fantastic. I had two very old and very gross La-Z-boy recliners that needed a deep clean. The first company I hired to come out told me there was nothing they could do and that they might even make it worse by steam cleaning it. Then I called these guys and told them my situation and they were extremely informative, honest, and helpful. They offered to clean the chairs and if they didnt come out very nice, they told me it would be free of charge. About an hour and half later they were finished and my chairs looked fantastic. By the time they dried they almost looked new again. And the service wasn't even very expensive compared to other similar companies in London... I would definitely recommend these guys.

I have been using Sparkles Cleaning Service for a while now and have always been satisfied. However, a while back a mistake was made and some damage occurred to my brand new dining room table. {purely accidental} I called to report it and the owner was very swift to come and assess the damage. {this table was custom made in a small town, about an hour's drive away. Lorie, the owner of Sparkles moved fast in making arrangements for the table to be picked up, taken back to where it was made, to be refinished. Once the work was done, arrangements were made to bring the table back to me, all within a week and ALL AT SPARKLES EXPENSE. She was fast & professional and did all that was necessary to make sure I remained a happy & satisfied customer and I really appreciate how she handled everything. I will not hesitate to continue to use their services.

I bought a rug from a different store for 400 dollars and the quality wasn't great but then I found this store and bought many carpets with stunning quality for so.much cheaper. We recently had our upstairs landing converted from carpeting to oak flooring. We have had Huron Flooring install and/or re-finish flooring in different parts of our house over a 30 year period. Then, and now, they have always been professional, knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating (we kept changing the dates we wanted the installation to occur in our recent job and they kept rolling with our punches!). Installers have always done a great job matching new flooring to existing flooring. Would highly recommend.

We called a few referrals we received from a couple friends. We left a voicemail for one and made an appointment with the other. One did not call back and the other was a no show for a scheduled appointment. We did manage to have the third company provide us with a quote. In desperation, we asked our realtor for their recommendation. They recommended BlueKey and it was literally the best decision we made. BlueKey was absolutely amazing!! Robert and Andre saved my decorative porch from being destroyed by squirrels. They got them out, patched up the areas where they tried to get back in with metal and screening AND removed a dead skunk from beneath my porch. Friendly, helpful advice. We started taking our dog here when we were having issues with trying to take Jake to another vet, Jake would never walk in. So from advise from my parents who had to put our family dog down years ago we decided to go. Best decision we could have made for Jake. Unfortunately this year after 16 years we had to put Jake down. Dr Alex and Dr Alec, our family cannot thank you enough for all your care and extra time trying to find certain food for Jake when he was sick with pancreatitis. Jake is extremely missed and we are extremely grateful for the wonderful care you had for him. Thank you for giving us the time to say goodbye to our much loved and beloved family member.

Decent, but prices are all over the place, and when they try to put you animal down. Push back. I took my cat there once, and I felt like I was negotiating my cats life. Everytine I said no I'll take her home, the price went down some. It was weird.

Great location, very nice and clean inside, relaxing atmosphere, and the RMTs I have seen are amazing!! Brittany and Matt are both incredible at what they do. They're attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to offer great suggestions to help improve body aches and pains outside of the studio with stretches. I had my G2 road test today, and I passed. After so long of not having good instructors with schools like fanshawe driving and western driving, I finally came across an outstanding driving instructor. Su had patience, he was very reassuring and gave me alot of support and suggestions to better my driving skills. I am a nervous driver, so I am super grateful to have had him as my instructor. He also explained the instructions to me in a way that was simple to understand. I highly recommed Su, as your driving instructor. 5 stars!
