Altima Massage Therapy

I had a massage therapy appointment booked today with Zhane. I would give her 5/5 for her overall service. My neck, shoulders and lower back were stiff due to my desk job and weight training. The massage helped to release the stress in those areas and I felt so good after the session. It was truly relaxing experience. I will definitely book another session with her. Thank you Zhane !!!

I was recently visiting Listowel when I booked a massage with Tim Elwes. The reason for my visit what to decrease my pain and increase circulation since I've been back training recently. Before my treatment Tim was able to show me the space we would be working. which allowed me to get comfortable before starting. Tim was able to check in during our time together on the pressure, my comfort level and if there were any areas I would like extra attention to. Jason and Tim are awesome massage therapists! I've done many treatments with them. I always leave feeling so much better! Theybknow what they're doing and helps me stay active and in shape. Professional, kind and affordable service. Highly recommend!
