The staff was very helpful. They understood my problem, gave really solid advice regarding purchase of a new filter for my "WholeHouse" Rainfresh housing, and tips regarding removal/install of new filters " that "they, the Rainfresh canister manufacturer" don't tell you about. The rep also made note of my purchase and contact info so that they will know what was sold to me if the micron filtration rate of my well is higher or lower than the specs for the purchased filter so that they will be able to adjust future purchases according, if required. Good for their business but more importantly, good for me as well.

Brenda was extremely pleasant, greeted me as I came in the door, after checking my account info let me know what my current balance was and asked if I needed help to carry water out.
