We had an emergency wiring problem 1 week before Christmas. They came less than 4 hours after I called and worked until the issue was fixed. I would highly recommend Ouellet and will call them again if I need any electrical work done.

The Ouellet Team was incredible to work with.Before starting the project, they came for a site visit and stayed nearly 1 hour to answer all my questions and review the site in detail.From there outlined all the next steps and came with realistic expectations of timelines and scope of work. They coordinated with ESA and Hydro One for service upgrade and renovation permitting. Hired Ouellet Connection to do a panel replacement and to rough in a basement apartment. Both Nelson and Steve did outstanding work, the workmanship was very clean and they completed the work as per the original quote. They kept the workplace clean and were very professional, responding to any questions I had along the way. Highly recommend Ouellet Connection if you are in the Lindsay / Kawartha lakes area!
