“It was my first time at Thairapy and within seconds of walking through the door I was greeted with friendly hellos and offerings of coffee etc. The salon is light and bright with a charming vibe. That kind of thing is important (to me anyway) as I’d be spending a few hours there.
Monika, who I had met for the first time took the time to just casually chat before getting to my hair needs. A very nice touch in my opinion when meeting a stylist. Monika had a confident and genuinely warm demeanour that dissolved any minor and first-time jitters that I had.
I needed a complete over-haul (lol) as I had let my hair go for longer than usual and Monika brought me back up to speed with highlights, colour and cut. All of which were exactly what I wanted and was hoping for.
I’m relieved that I have found my new
“home-salon” and Monika who is very well versed in her abilities as a stylist and a great person to visit and share a laugh or two with, all while she makes you look and feel great again!
