Grossi was very helpful in our sump pump situation. They scheduled us very fast, kept me in the loop as they were waiting for a technician to become available as they knew time was sensitive with a none functional sump pump. Rob came out and he was great! Super informative, very professional and nice - answered all my questions and made me feel a apart of the process so I could understand my home. The end price was fair and I am no longer having a sump pump problem and can leave my home without worry. Thank you Grossi and thank you Rob for all your help and kindness ?

Had an issue with a tankless water heater. Grossi quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Very professional, explained the issue in detail, made the correction and tested thoroughly. Could not be any happier with the service provided.
