Went to get my daughter’s hair cut and the first stylist didn’t get it quite right. We left but my daughter just wasn’t completely satisfied. She didn’t want to go back and hurt the stylists feelings. I called and explained the situation. The stylist I spoke to on the phone was amazing! We went back in and we had the stylist we normally go to come and fix it for her. She was so kind and let my daughter know it was ok to say if she didn’t like something. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and now we will know to just book our appointments with her.
Stylist: Cassie is the best!! She just makes you feel comfortable and confident!
Requested style: Stylist trimmed my hair for me and said maybe by next summer it would be okay to do the style I wanted.
Hair type: Wanted a feathered style and trim but was told my hair was to thin and fine and at my age it would really make me look like I had very little hair.
Danielle is always a pleasure at the Talbot st east location in Leamington. She consistently does a fantastic job. She’s great with kids and has also done my hair and made it a good experience even though I struggle with anxiety. I recommend her.
