“Went to get my daughter’s hair cut and the first stylist didn’t get it quite right. We left but my daughter just wasn’t completely satisfied. She didn’t want to go back and hurt the stylists feelings. I called and explained the situation. The stylist I spoke to on the phone was amazing! We went back in and we had the stylist we normally go to come and fix it for her. She was so kind and let my daughter know it was ok to say if she didn’t like something. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and now we will know to just book our appointments with her.
