We didn't end up going through with the service as the technician, upon inspecting our tub, said it was not necessary. He stated the cost of the service would not be worth the added benefit since the tub was still in very good condition. This was extremely appreciated and rare to have this type of honesty these days.Even though we did not have the service done this time, I will definitely be using them in the futre when I need to.
Requested style: The kids brought in pics. Our stylist did her best to recreate the pics the best she could.
Stylist: She communicated to the kids that their hair was different then the pics they brought but she did her best to recreate the looks they wanted.

One of my boys is very fussy when he gets his hair cut, (yelling, screaming, and crying). They were extremely patient and kind with him. They finished an amazing haircut even through the tantrum.
My older son requested a design trimmed into his hair which they hadn't done before but we're still very happy to try it, the whole hair cut and design turned out way better then I could have asked for.
Really happy with the chairs. Very compact when folded, not too big when unfolded, and very comfy - even for a big guy with a bad back. We chose to pickup & return instead of delivery. Process was easy but tie-down of the chair stack was flimsy and we had to stop multiple times to fix the tie-downs. My advice is to strap the stack together and then lay the stacks on their side.

I was recently given the name of this clinic because of Dr. Jim and the wonderful care he provides.
So I began by reading reviews.
The many 5 star reviews are encouraging.
But the many one star reviews from long time patients (10 years or more) who have been turned away because of a 1 year rule is heart breaking.
I am concerned that no response has been offered regarding this issue.
Dr. Jim are you aware of how many patients have been turned away?
Dr. Jim is your staff as rude and inconsiderate to these costomers as the reviews indicate?
Maybe your 1 year rule is a problem you should adress
