This is the first yoga studio (I am 74 years), that has ever explained what body part was being stretched and why it was good for my body. As much as I hate the sun salutation, I have a new respect for it since understanding why I am doing it. Valerie from Inner Devotion has given me a new appreciation and excitement about doing yoga.
What an INCREDIBLE experience at the first Inner Devotion Retreat on June 25!The setting was PERFECT, the yoga was both challenging and relaxing, and the guests were OUTSTANDING?Valerie is a fabulous yoga instructor andher attention to detail as hostess was wonderful.It was hot day and Val adjusted the day accordingly, having a back up plan if needed.I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Inner Devotion Yoga?
As a newbie to yoga, Val the yoga instructor, makes you feel so at ease and comfortable in learning yoga. I definitely recommend going to this studio and starting ones journey, I will be going back for sure. Namaste ?
