Malcolm was my Technician and went above and beyond with helping diagnose my car and even fitting in an oil change, very impressed with the professionalism of Melem the Owner as well.
Cannot recommend this shop and staff enough and have earned my business going forward for any repairs and service on my vehicles.

I'll start this by saying I've been getting really tired of trying to find a shop that's both competent (that's the hard part) and accessible to me - Rob Clarke is it.
Brought my 4runner in for a tire change and alignment, and this is the first time its driven perfectly on the highway since owning. Even the mild steering shake is gone. Staff is communicative and will let you know about any additional charges instead of surprising you later. My tires required balancing beads to balance correctly, they called and let me know about the very minor additional cost. Without a doubt, this automotive shop is amazing! The team is top notch, but in particular Melem provides extraordinary customer service. Folks don't usually like getting car repairs, but the experience at Rob Clarke automotive is worth the drive to Kilworth!
