“We just relocated to London and wanted to find a good reasonable priced hair salon. This salon is not good it’s great. The owner, Stephan and his team are fantastic, friendly and prices are very good. The only problem is that everyone wants them so you need to make a reservation. I don't know how she did it, but she created a cut that I can create multiple different looks! My hair straightens with defined layers, can curl with an iron, and now has quite a natural curl that I didn't even know was possible..a wash and go!My child was just as happy as I was with the new hair-do! We discussed what could be achieved and what I wanted in hair colour. A few weeks later, I returned and she was very detailed and focused on foiling my whole head and ensuring I was getting close to what I hoped for. “Went to "A Little Off the Top" about two months ago for the first time where I met the most wonderful person, Chad.Chad cut my, fairly long, hair and he worked with me to give me exactly what I had asked for. We also spoke about colour for my next appointment.Well...had my colour appointment today. Chad is fantastic! He is extremely personable, he is very thoughtful in how he does his colour placement (had a balayage done today) and he makes you feel comfortable being at the salon and just a great person to be in the presence of. “I have been coming here for years, and have always had great service from Cheryl, Lois, Mitzi, and my husband enjoys Sam’s haircuts too. I am amused by a different review that is over the top because he didn’t get his hair cut at precisely the moment he wanted. How childish. The most I’ve ever had to wait is 5 minutes, and I am mature enough to understand that my hair stylist will attend to me as soon as possible.“

She created a beautiful custom fall colour to enhance my natural red hair and was an absolute delight to chat with during the entire service. She was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
