“This is my SECOND time going to Bilalo Hair Artistry team. I just am able to write a Google review now because I forgot the first time… ooops.

I work with a friend of the salon lovely Ryan, whose personality is the exact same as the salon. I told him about my hair needs and he recommended me to go to Bilalo.

First time I went I got my hair coloured dark black and had extensions in. The first visit was such a warm welcome, professional, amazing laughs, down to earth people, and I felt like I fit in walking into a friends place. I didn’t feel less or intimidated by the vibes and my stylist back then did an amazing job. & the team was super excited about my new look hyping me up and all ♥️

Second time I really was in need of a red touch up, for a very special event. Bilalo was able to coordinate to fit me in before my event and hook me up with an amazing idea for the black roots and fading into the red. My stylist was named Sienna, and we yapped the whole appointment. Had amazing chats and they walked me through each step of the process. Coming back to Bilalo’s team for a second was like re uniting with an old friend because it’s been years. I love walking in and leaving cause I always feel like a Baddie from the whole team. Michael, Bilalo, Sienna and the person who ran front desk was a very nice gentleman with great taste in music (Orville Peck) I am so excited to come back when I need a red touch up again ♥️ Bilalo team is truly another family for all clients ♥️“
