Called and spoke to this owner a month ago and was told “we will call you in the next week or two when we are coming out”. I heard nothing for close to a month. When I call back to ask for an update or if an appointment can be set, I get an earful from the guy rudely telling me that they are swamped and I don’t understand how busy they are, etc. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I was simply following up to see when I can expect a call that was supposed to happen weeks ago, according to the first conversation.Learn how to treat prospective customers who are trying to give you business. If you can’t/won’t do the work, just politely decline. You don’t need to rudely rant to them about how busy you are and “no one understands.”Horrible customer experience. You may want to hire someone to field your calls, who can effectively communicate with customers.

We had a number of local contractors address our siding and window portion of our entire home renovation. Waterloo siding was quick to respond, helped share ideas with samples and photos of previous work, and left us with an outstanding outcome. Overall experience was great!
