Spent a few years at OATC and although my time thsre was 75% positive there was still the 25% thag was attitude related, bad day for ons of the staff was a bad day for us. NOT AMANDA she was as sweeft as can be every day to me a d i do miss her, NOW IM AT T.R.C and i really like it better i like the clinic staff and although i too miss Sami life does move on and i wish him fhe best of luck in Toronto the newer staff at phafmacy are polite to me and seem to be slowly getting the hang of it. This clinic has changed my life and for the most part the doctors and pharmacy staff are great. My only issues is the amount of times I have been late to work due to desk staff playing favorites. I always get there early and wait in line outside until they open, only to have the same staff member allow someone who waltzed in long after I did go ahead of me.

The admin staff here are wonderful, however more than once the doctors have messed up my prescription, causing me to miss my dose. They push lots of unnecessary testing and clinic visits. They are focused on milking our healthcare system instead of helping patients.
