I got my very first lash and brow tint today at House of Lashes and it was amazing! Melissa was so friendly and laid back, and was masked the whole time, which made me feel safe and comfortable. I was a little nervous because it was my first time, but Melissa was so gentle and patient and she explained each step to me. She also did a perfect job matching my brows to my hair colour. My brows and lashes turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them! Thanks House of Lashes for such a great service! ?

Outstanding services! I was blown away with my lash lift, tint, brow wax & tint. I ask alot of questions and Melissa was able to answer all and any questions I had. She is professional yet laid-back making your experience personal and enjoyable, as if you're visiting a good friend. I got Kitty Lashes applied at the Kitchener location and Melissa was fantastic. I have pretty high anxiety and was nervous about keeping my eyes closed for a long time but Melissa worked quickly and efficiently and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I love the look of the lashes, very natural. I have already booked another appointment to convert to a whole set! I'm obsessed!
