Jesse Connell at TA was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure. He listened to what we wanted and found the right product for us. Delivery was right on time. We loved the AI feature that kept us informed. Delivery people were respectful and did a great job.
Delivery of our LG washer and dryer was a great experience with Jake and Jason. They were respectful, on time and too great care bringing the appliances up 3 flights of challenging staircases.
I can’t say enough about how we pleased we were having Jake and Jason deliver our new purchases!

Excellent customer service! 4 years after my washer and dryer were delivered, the team at TA were still willing to go over and above to help me with an issue. Definitely will continue to be a TA customer.
