I had mid-back pain which James shared exercises and provided treatments to tackle it, and over time I have reduced back pain along with increased mobility and strength, all thanks to his guidance. I’d like to also add that the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!“

The video instructions to follow in between appointments are extremely helpful to keep one accountable in logging the exercises to aide in recovery. “I have used SOS in the past and they have been great! The people from the desk to the back are all very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them! My only complaint is with the Benefits System they use. It does not Support Sunlife or GSC for automatic payment. Which means I have to manually send in the info to both companies to be compensated. These are big benefit companies and should be part of the SOS automated payment system.“
