I took my German Shepherd, Sasha, to PetSmart for a nail clipping, and I’m so glad I did. She is very anxious, especially after past experiences at other places where her nails were cut too short and she ended up bleeding.
The PetSmart staff were absolutely amazing — calm, patient, and clearly very experienced. They handled Sasha with so much care and confidence, which made a huge difference for her anxiety. The nail trim was done super quickly, safely, and not too short, which was such a relief.

Beautiful store, variety of products for pets. I remember when I adopted my cat here few years ago, I miss my cat as he was a senior but it was thanks to PetSmart for giving me Josiah and wonderful service.
I brought my sweet boy Ben (a sheltie-lab) in to pick up some treats and walk around the store, as he is recovering from an injury and his leg can’t handle too much walking in the snow. As I was in line to check out, I noticed the groomers had deals on mini grooming touch up packages. After explaining Ben’s recent injury and how i was uncomfortable leaving him at his usual groomer’s for too long (worried he couldn’t withstand being there for 3-4 hours for a full grooming), she offered to help right away with a pawdicure and removing a mat from behind his ear.
