They made my time there very relaxing, comfortable and humourous when I felt nervous. They explained everything from beginning to end. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my EMS treatments for both abs and legs. Val was also a key role to my transformation. She has given me all the tools that I needed in order to succeed not only in losing weight but also boosting my self confidence.
