This is an amazing place for all plumbing needs. I am not a professional plumber. I just needed a specific kitchen faucet part. They seem to have everything. The staff is extremely useful and does not try to upsell. I really appreciated the straightforward honesty. Highly recommended!

I was having a problem with a kitchen reno. Tried the big box stores because they were close to home. Ended up getting parts that did not work. I went to One Stop and the staff knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock at a reasonable price. I should have gone to One Stop first. This is not the first time they have got be out of a bind. THANK YOU
