I had birds nests in 3 of my dryer/bathroom vents, after calling around to a few places I chose Need Pest Control because they were the best price. They were out here the next day and removed all my birds nests and screened off the vents so they can't get back in! They were very friendly and kept me informed as they were doing it. Last year the team came out to our old century home and did a great job sealing up everything they could. The previous year we had 4 bats come in the house, but this past summer we had none. Unfortunately one found a way in this past week, so we called them immediately and they were here within 30 minutes. They honoured their warranty and did a thorough search of the house and checked the exterior the following day. They told us to call anytime as they could always follow through with their warranty! They came quickly and when they said they would. Had red squirrels in the soffit. The found the entry point and sealed it up with an exit only point. Will give it a couple of weeks then close up the hole permanently.They were friendly courteous and professional.
