A very professional person, and explained me in detail that I needed or not. During my botox treatment she gave me a relaxing ball to grab and a vibration tool to put on the face to be relaxed, and it helped me although the needles were not that painful. My first time actually getting into one of these "spa" or private-health-care-type places after so many inept first impressions at other joints who can't get the basics right to attract a new client. I had a positive D & G experience. Sure, it hurt like hell (that could not be helped and I knew going in), but I was complimented for my patience and cooperation. I would go to D & G again if needed. I doubt it that will ever happen, but you never know when you might need a top-notch skin care service like D & G.“

They made my time there very relaxing, comfortable and humourous when I felt nervous. They explained everything from beginning to end. I have hyperpigmentation/ melasma on my face from last 2 years after pregnancy and she was very kind to provide me accurate treatment. “I highly recommend Total Skin & Body for skin treatments and all other relaxation or wellness needs. After a year of my face increasingly being covered in a hives/acne type rash with extreme dryness, I was disheartened. To help it, I had tried changing my diet, skin care regimen, and going to my phamacist and GP to get it under control but to no avail. I decided to get a facial at Total Skin. With a detailed intake and examination by Leanne, she was able to confidently tell me I have rosacea acne. Finally an answer! I bought the 10-session package for red & blue light therapy for my face along with two skin care products that work best for this skin condition. The team was accommodating with booking appointment times around my work schedule; the aesthetician would do a relaxing cleansing regimen if I ever came in with makeup on for my treatment; ensured I was tucked in warm & comfortable; would let me listen to my own music; and would check in on me throughout the 30 min sessions to ensure I was okay. After 10 sessions, the redness in my face has reduced, the texture of my skin is so smooth and not dry, and the acne is way more under control. The before and after pictures don't lie!
