We had an excellent shopping experience at this location. Greeted when we started our browsing. Reasonable pricing and a really helpful sales rep, Nancy, made our purchase very comfortable. We learned about purchasing furniture that fits us (tall, so height from the ground impacts us)We are really looking forward to our delivery in the coming months and enjoying our new couch. We will absolutely be back and will recommend Nancy and the store in general.Ample parking, accessible store - parking, entry and wide paths around the furniture. The products they offer are completely customizable, durable and North American made.

Such amazing customer service. Austin was so helpful. He explained everything clearly and I never felt pushed to purchase. We did end up getting a recliner that I wanted. Then a spur of the moment purchase of a loveseat. Highly recommend La-Z-Boy.
