We had a very good experience. Ken was responsive, and he understood our needs. We were able to explore several scenarios in person before most other roofing companies even returned my calls.The previous owner of the house patched the old tar-and-gravel roof many times, so the roof was leaky and irreparable. The Irvine crew removed the old roof and replaced it fully, including new plywood and full ice and water shield, in just two days. Even though the old roof was extremely messy with gravel, dust, and tar, they cleaned it up quite well. Knowledgeable and trustworthy!He came to my house for a quote. I was expecting an expensive quote, but he found the issue very quickly and explained to me what was causing the problem, so that won't need a fix.I'm very glad I called him, and not a greedy guy. Someone else could have done a lot of extra work and charged me a high price since I had no idea what was the issue.I'm going to call him everything I have a problem.
