Century old home with drafty doors. Howald Windows & Doors replaced the frames and doors of 2 exterior doors. Free assessment included measuring & discussing what styles were available for our needs, preferences, and the size. We picked from a catalogue of styles with different window size options. Door delivery took a few weeks longer than they predicted but was not overly long in total (3 or 4 months from official quote) - I don't consider this to be a negative as I'm sure it's unpredictable. I called Howald Windows & Doors to ask about getting service on a window. Their crews were booking a few weeks out, but Peter was incredibly helpful. He offered to look at photos of the problem and was able to help point us in the right direction so we could get the problem solved. Thanks Peter!
