I have been coming to Evolution hair concepts for the last few years and I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is very accommodating and I walk out with exactly what I want almost every single time. The staff has always been so nice to me and have been there for me throughout my hair journey. In the last few years that I have been going to Evolution concepts hair I have only had two incidences where I was not fully in love with my results. Both times I contacted the salon and they instantly booked an appointment for me to come back and have my hair fixed free of charge. The staff members are so sweet and I always look forward to seeing my favourite stylist. It’s very hard to find a stylist that can give you the results you want. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair and I know I will be going to the salon for many more years. If anyone ever has an issue with their hair they should speak to the stylist. It’s hard to believe anyone would write a bad review especially since all the clients I know who go to Evolution are always so happy with their results. Like I said the two incidences where I wasn’t happy I was able to get a new appointment immediately. Sometimes there are clients who write bad reviews for the sake of tarnishing a business his name. It’s very sad.
