I just got my window glass replaced by Bavarian Works. All the work is well done. I would like to specially thank Vincent Wu. Vincent is the one helping me from the beginning to the end during my glass replacement. He is very much professional, nice, high efficient, and caring. I am so lucky to have him to handle my case. Fantastic support; even better outcome. Right from the start, Hardy at Bavarian was excellent to work with and took the time to really understand our needs. This was especially impressive to me as we are only talking a single window job - I never felt like an insignificant customer.
We walked through a number of options and seeing the products in the showroom was great.

We are so happy we selected Bavarian to install our three new windows. We received quotes from 5 or 6 window companies and Bavarian was by far the most affordable. In some cases, they were half the price of competitors offering a similar service and product.
We met with Dave, who listened to our needs and worked with us to find the right windows for us. A few weeks later, we had our windows installed and couldn't be happier with how they much they've improved our main floor!
We will definitely be contacting Bavarian again for future window needs.
