Had my windshield replaced today at the Kitchener location. The staff are amazing, I was shuttled to my house and back while the glass replacement was being done. The work looks great! I honestly do not know how they could have made the experience any better!

We used All-Brite for a custom 2 panel shower glass door for our bathroom. Their customer service is second to none. They immediately got me in touch with their resident specialist that knows all about these types of installs. I then received a budget quote within 24 hours, and a follow-up phone call to go over my questions. Then, from the time that I put down the deposit, they had the door ready to install in about 1 week. Now, during the initial installation it became apparent that there was an issue with the door, as it wouldn’t swing out properly, which was a big safety issue. We needed our rear window replaced on our SUV. We called at 8:30am and by 1pm the job was done. Amazing customer service. The window looks great. They came to our place to do the work on our driveway and even vacuumed up all the previously broken glass.
