The lady I spoke today was incredibly rude and displayed an attitude that is unacceptable for a Samsung Authorized Service Center. She even hung phone on me. There is a clear need for improvement in their customer service, especially in the conduct of the lady who deals with clients.
Pavel is straightforward and upfront with you in regards to what needs to be done and the time it will take and pricing. He is fast and efficient in diagnosing the problem and equally fast and efficient with obtaining new parts and getting it all back up and running. Great experience!
