This was our first time working with Able Air Conditioning & Heating, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Jacob came out initially for a pre-winter maintenance check to ensure everything was in good shape before the cold set in. He was friendly, approachable, and explained things clearly. He let us know that our dehumidifier filter needed replacing and, while he didn’t have the filter on hand, he offered to return to install it. I mentioned that my husband could handle it, and Jacob kindly walked me through the process, even advising on the right filter. To top it off, he brought in my recycling bins from the driveway. Able Air tends to our property every year for furnace cleaning and maintenance. Their technicians and office staff are fabulous. Knowledgeable and thorough. Professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Sam did my first yearly service. He communicated well, was on time, tidy and informative. I feel reassured that my heat pump, furnace and air conditioning units are working well and have been tuned up properly. My customer experience with Abke has been outstanding.
