I have been seeing Elizabeth Howes for several years now and can’t recommend her enough. She is very thorough and knowledgable and has a very relaxing and calm presence about her. The whole clinic is wonderful and is small and personal. And even though it is located downtown, I never have difficulty finding parking on Wellington right in front of the clinic. Highly recommend.

I injured my back while on a business trip to Kingston, Elizabeth spent a great deal of time ensuring she understood the nature of the injury and set to work to get me back in the game. I found the massage to be exactly what I needed. Thanks again.

Couldn't be more pleased with my visit. Elizabeth was incredibly helpful with some back issues I was having, she will also educate along the way (if you like ) with some steps to prevent continued issues. She took extra time with my appointment and never made me feel rushed in the least. I look forward to going back.
