So I'll just copy the review here as well.---The customer service here (both in person and over the phone) has been excellent. Our technician was great a communicating with us and we had an excellent service call.To clarify, this was for service in Kingston. I'm not sure if this makes a difference.“

“Contacted Haven Home (first time calling this company) after noticing water accumulation under the furnace. The person who answered the phone was friendly and booked a tech to come out and assess the issue right away. I was worried about being charged an enormous after hours fee, seeing how it was Friday night! But, nope, the diagnostic was zero charge and they would call with an update and a quote before starting any repair work! Although the appt was booked for a 4hr window, a tech was able to get there within the hour of calling. Jett arrived and accessed the situation and identified the issue. Jett followed up with the tenant on site and also with a phone call to myself, the homeowner. So thankful for a quick turnaround, the friendly help, and thankful for help in solving the problem!!
