“On Sunday, Dec. 14 our furnace quit generating heat throughout our home. A service technician was able to come on Monday to diagnose the problem. They quickly provided a quote for repairs and Dows were instructed to order the needed parts. Fortunately, the parts came in on Tuesday and they were able to make the needed repairs that afternoon. All the technicians were a pleasure to do deal with. The work was completed as quickly as possible and heated was restored. We are so thankful that Dows was able to reschedule a couple of technicians to handle our problem so quickly. We highly recommend the work of this company.“

Our technician was great a communicating with us and we had an excellent service call.To clarify, this was for service in Kingston. I'm not sure if this makes a difference.“
