Absolutely zero complaints about the jobs I had done. They fixed the turbo on my mk7 gti within 4 hours for the best price by far I could find anywhere! Very punctual and respectful as well

Best service garage for my VW Golf TDI. I have been going to Universal now for about 2 years and they are the very best!! They always fit me in, perform quality work, answer all of my questions and, are so pleasant and professional. I have never trusted a garage like I do Universal. Family owned/operated and very trustworthy. I hope they stay in business for ever!! Thanks to everyone at Universal for keeping my car in tip top shape!!

I was very impressed on how quick I was in and out for my tires to be switched over from winters to summers. When I got back in my car you wouldn't have known a mechanic was in it. There was no dirt, oil or paper left behind on the steering wheel, floor or seat. I received friendly interactions from the phone call to book the appointment to me leaving the building.Service: Tires
